Referral program

Send me a client, earn a full month of their fee.

Introduce me to a business that needs better IT. When they come on board, you get a full month of their recurring fee, with a $750 minimum, paid after their first invoice clears.

That $750 is the minimum, not the cap. The bigger the client you send my way, the bigger your reward.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one pays you.

1

You introduce me

Send a warm intro to a business owner you know who is fed up with their tech. Just their name, business, and the best way to reach them.

2

I take it from there

I call them, scope what they need, and get them set up. No chasing, no follow-up work on your end.

3

You get paid

Once their first invoice clears, I send your reward: a full month of their recurring fee, with a $750 minimum.

Make an introduction

Tell me who to call.

Fill this in and I’ll take it from there. I’ll keep you posted, and you’ll hear from me when their first invoice clears.

Terms and Conditions

A referral is a warm introduction to a decision-maker at a business that actually needs IT help. It is not a scraped list, a purchased lead, an appointment set by a third party, or a cold contact who never asked to hear from me. I do not accept referrals from lead generation services, appointment setters, or anyone acting as a paid marketing agent, and I may decline any introduction or any participant at my discretion.

To take part you must know the person you are introducing. By submitting an introduction you confirm that you have their permission to pass along their details, that you did not get their information from a purchased or scraped list, and that you have not contacted them on my behalf. You agree to cover any claim that results if that turns out not to be the case.

The reward is one full month of the referred client’s recurring plan fee, a $750 minimum, paid after they come on board as a managed-plan client and their first invoice clears. The reward is calculated on the recurring plan fee only. Software licenses billed at cost, hardware, project work, and onboarding fees are not included. Break/fix and residential service do not qualify.

You must be named at the first point of contact so I can credit you correctly. Introductions stay credited to you for twelve months. No reward is due if the business is already a client, is already in an active conversation with me, or contacted me first.

If the client cancels or their payment is reversed within ninety days of that first invoice, the reward is not payable, or is returnable if I have already sent it.

A completed W-9 is required before payment. Because a single referral reward can add up to more than $600 in a year, the IRS requires a 1099-NEC, so the W-9 is not optional.

If you work for the business you are introducing, tell the owner or decision-maker that you may receive a reward before I make contact. If a referral fee would conflict with your employer’s policy or your professional licensing rules, tell me and I will donate the same amount to a charity of your choosing, in your name. Checking your own rules is on you.

Existing clients can take the reward as a check or as account credit toward their own SolviTech service. You do not have to be a client or buy anything to take part. I may change or end this program at any time. Introductions already submitted are honored under the terms in place when they were sent.
