Managed IT Services in Northern Maryland

The northern Maryland line sits right at the edge of my service area. From Cecil County (Elkton, North East, Rising Sun, Perryville) across to Havre de Grace on the Harford line, I provide flat-fee managed IT, IT support, and cybersecurity for small businesses that want one reliable person to call instead of a ticket queue.

Cecil County is closer to me than it is to most of the providers in Baltimore, which is usually the practical reason a business in Elkton or North East ends up calling. From southern Chester County it is a short run down toward the head of the bay, so on-site is realistic rather than something scheduled weeks out. The mix here is also different from the Pennsylvania side: more small industrial and trades operations, marine and waterfront businesses around North East and Havre de Grace, and family-run companies that have been in the same building a long time. Those setups tend to accumulate rather than get designed, a switch added here, an access point there, and a server nobody wants to touch. I map what is actually in place first, then fix things in the order that reduces your risk fastest, not in the order that sells the most equipment.

Not every business in Northern Maryland needs a full monthly plan. Some just want a computer consultant for one specific problem: a second opinion, an IT project, or an honest look at what you already have. I do both.
